The H.O.O.D., which stands for helping others overcome deception, is a group that consists of individuals, whom at one time in their life have been deceived by Satan and wound up in jails and/or prison, but now live free lives since turning to Jesus Christ.

In trying to help others live  new lives with this new hope, this group strives to biblically educate those who are in need of a way to break free from the deception that the world has to offer.

Addictions, which can lead to criminal behavior, often rule the lives of those who have been incarcerated; but those who seek to be free from these addictions can find hope through faith in Jesus Christ.

Anger, which often plagues the minds of many can cause people to hurt one another. Addressing this issue through studying God’s written word can teach disciplines on how to properly relate to one another.

Deception, which coincides with manipulation, can be addressed, brought out into the light, and changed into a lifestyle of honesty and integrity for those who earnestly seek to follow God.

Though we are not a rehab center, nor affiliated with any anonymous group, nor any set denomination, we do offer hope to individuals who have been incarcerated. We seek new life through unity and fellowship with Christ.

We are a non-denominational Christian organization that focuses on morality, chastity, and decency as core values of Christianity. We believe that honesty and integrity stemming from moral living and a wholesome lifestyle are consistent with true Christianity.

We offer a safe place to meet with others who have hearts set on walking the walk of faith in Jesus Christ. Through good clean fun, recreation, and spiritual nurturing we strive to lift up our brothers and sisters, encouraging one another to leave our old lifestyles in the past, to walk a new life in Christ for the future.
